The Cultural Center For Human Rights (CCHR) is an un governmental independent organization  has no any parties’ connect inside and out side Iraq  , and it cooperates with  all organizations  of civil society  inside and outside Iraq to  achieve its aim , it is established on 2004 in Baghdad . it’s aim is publicity and generalization cultural human rights for all classes of society and depend on outcast force and diffusion the soul of justice, forgiven, and the other opinion values . with corroboration the democracy and human rights.

cchr s Goals

1. spreading and generalizing intellectual aware  for all parts of civil  society which  depend upon neglecting  violence   and racial distinction and spreading value  of justification  forgiveness  and respecting other opinion .
2. Full respect for human rights and the basic freedoms and Guaranteeing the right to participation in public affairs without discrimination because of opinion or religion or sex or race or color.
3. Mixing  and coupling Wadi Al-Rafidain civilization with  other ones  with  keeping   the specification of each  on apart .
4. Interesting by cases  of family woman , child , and  special needs persons and giving  them the vast importance .
5. Developing  and encourages all action " intellectual , literature, and social ones " which  lead to deepen the patriotic unit   democratic  and human  rights.
6. Guaranteeing the freedoms of opinion and expression as well as the artistic and literary invention.

Work methods

Cchr adopts peaceful methods to promote and defend human rights. It believes that the promotion of human rights is a common goal for all people and is determined to spare no peaceful effort in its struggle against human rights violations. In its fight for human rights:

1. The center is used audio and lingual arts (( theater, plastic arts and music arts ))  also the ((poetry, short story and novel)) through establishment the cultural activities.
2. Promote and spread human rights awareness among individuals and groups through publications, conferences, seminars and studies

the great Iraq lived through the few dayes ago the first real democracy test passed by the success of this test come from the focaus of Iraqi citizen himself about wakup and pilud agian. despite of the difficalties that Iraq faced which begin from occupation and passed by the pad economic situation and and with mass and force situation which cover the Iraqi street and because the important of this subject, sensitivity the  coultural center for human rights vists some elections centeres in order to study the posative and the negative aspects of this situation, in order to develop the posative aspect to cut of the difficlteies and negative aspects in the future especially we are going on anthor election that will come recently.

and this election containt some of the elections center in this areas (( Jamela, AL_Dorra, Abo_ALdesher, palstine street, ABY a’a )) and we notice through the election very important poients .may be effecte in simple ratio for the resulte and we can explain in this summary: 

1       After the end of the elections in the area the responsible persons didn’t come to took the boxes directly to the main center and they were late for twelve o’clock  for this appointment to receive this boxes and there is no one and no employee but only some of the responsible persons .

And there is some of the vacant card didn’t use in the of elections that     it can play easily in this boxes and there are some persons didn’t election and the percentage was about 15% .                    

2       Persons forbidden from ink their figures because the religion and pray so no one election from this persons. 

3       The bad education to the employee in this centers and they took only ( one cycle ) for three days before few days and before election and only two hours every one day. The lectures depend on the abstract side not the practical side.   

4       Many of the employee and observers left their centers after the end of their work cause of the loss of the foods and water and the boxes must stay to the other day to transport it after that and this demand an observation for this boxes subsequently no one in this center.
